Flag on 10.5". Purchased at the North American Vexillological Association conference in Sacramento, California. Attended with Howard Madaus who gave a presentation on early American flags. He used Ben Zaricor's 27-star US flag in this presentation. This flag (ZFC1595) was used when the country now known as Belarus was part of the Soviet Union. The current flag of Belarus (since 1995) is based on this old Soviet Byelorussian flag.
