Sub-collection: Small FlagsFlag on 10.5". Purchased at the North American Vexillological Association conference in Sacramento, California. Attended with Howard Madaus who gave a presentation on early American flags. He used Ben Zaricor's 27-star US flag in this presentation. This flag (ZFC1611) was used by the German Democratic Republic ("East Germany") before it was absorbed by the Federal Republic of Germany ("West Germany") in 1990.
