Sub-collection: U.S. 48 Star FlagsThis is a rare Jack flag with it's off set row pattern of stars which the "Flag Act of 1912" changed to a block pattern the same year this star count became offical. Very few relics exist showing a 48 star Jack with off set rows of stars. This flag is possibly 1911 and for sure 1912.
