WREATH OF WHEAT IN CENTER OF WHICH A FULL EARTH SUPERIMPOSED ON WHICH IS A HAMMER AND SICKLE, THE WORLD IS ABOVE A RISING SUN BELOW A FIVE POINT STAR OF COMMUNISM. WREATH IS JOINED WITH A RED RIBBON ON WHICH IS WRITTEN ALL THE WORKERS UNITE IN EVERY OFFICIAL LANGUAGE OF THE SOVIET UNION. THE REVERSE SIDE HAS A STYLIZED DEMI WREATH OF WHEAT ENCIRCLING A PORTRAIT OF LENIN FACING THE HOIST.
