This was formerly part of the Mastai Collection and is so marked. There is a bookmark in the PlateIX is marked "Mastai-Ferretti" at the top of the page. Mastai was related to Giovanni Maria Mastai-Ferretti; who later bacame Pope Pius IX, 1846-1878.
This volume has images of the Papal Flag as well as the papal "Man of War"Ensign.
