Vietnam // Viet Cong / Propaganda and Moral Flag

Little is known about the history of this Viet Cong flag. It was acquired as a GI bringback through private purchase in 2007. It is stated to be a flag that was to a US Army adviser by a South Vietnamese soldier.

Sales description
This is the biggest flag so far- 36"x28" Traded to an Army adviser by an So VNese soldier. John Paul Vann would have said that they were 2 brothers one ARVN, one VC making money off the Americans. This is the most likely to be a real VC flag made by real VC not Northerners in the VC ranks. Also b/c of the size, he has this sandwiched between a pc of 3/8"plywood and 1/8"plexiglas. It weighs a ton
