USMC - 344th Platoon Guidon

Obverse is the U.S.M.C eagle Globe and Anchor

Reverse is two crossed M-14 service rifles with a U.S.M.C. SDI Campaign Cover (hat).

Both the obverse and the reverse have an orle of black on the field defaced with inscriptions and names.

On the obverse they are the unit designation "PLT" on the hoist and "344" on the fly. Across the top it reads ,"Death before Dishonor" and on the bottom reads "SDI S.Sgt. Krzywdik" (SDI is the USMC for Senior Drill Instructor)

On the reverse it reads Sgt Doom on the hoist and S.Sgt. Gilliard on the fly. Across the top are representations of the USMC's three shooting qualification badges; from left to right, expert, sharpshooter and marksman. . The bottom rads "Professionals". On either side of the center device is the name PMI Sgt. Suchecki, the Primary Marksmanship Instructor; under the device are the platoon "High Shooters" Pvys. Zuratt & Griffo.
