Originally a Republican political banner for the 1940 Presidential campaign with a portrait of WENDELL L. WILLKIE, later covered with a US emblem after the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941. Original text: "Win with WILLKIE" the hope of our country". After modification: "Win with our country" during WWII.
