Possibly made from a U.S. Flag of mid nineteenth century
It has 20th century glue under star. It is speculated that the star seen was repaired or added over an original star in the 20th century. A test will be made of the star which will need to be the objective to fold back a part of the star for examination. The hope is to the signs of a previous star. Otherwise we have what is called "a pooch". See Fonda Thomsen report. Needs further research on the star otherwise looks period piece.
