Photograph of Chief Red Cloud's Home Pine, Ridge, South Dakota, ca. 1890. Scarce albumen imperial size cabinet card taken by George Trager of the Northwestern Photographic Co. depicts interior of Chief Red Cloud's home around 1890. Shown are: large American flag, beautiful silver concha belt, very nice blanket, wood stove, wooden frame bed, sword, and a beautiful embroidered blanket with a star burst design. Overall measurements 14.75" x 10.25". Flag appears to be a 8-7-8-7-8 38 star U.S. Flag.
