Woman's Suffrage: Unusual Woman Suffrage Pennant. 23" x 11.5". What is different about this black on yellow felt pennant is its slogan. Most pennants of this type say simply "Votes for Women". This reads "Vote for Woman Suffrage". This pennant is directed at men as thay were the only gender that could vote.
The felt is in very fine condition
