Flag on 10.5". Purchased at the North American Vexillological Association conference in Sacramento, California. Attended with Howard Madaus who gave a presentation on early American flags. He used Ben Zaricor's 27-star US flag in this presentation. This flag (ZFC1609) is also used by the diplomatic corps and is flown at airports. It became official in 1990.
