Boy Scouts of America // Dedication Program & Firs

The Pittsburg Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America dedicated their headquarters and the adjacent Flag Plaza
in 1968. To mark this occasion a dedication program was issued that was also a First Day Cover for the US Post Office's recent set of commemorative stamps depicting historic flags from American History.
