U.S. Novelty Eagle Flag.
This particular piece depicts an American bald eagle in flight poised as if to land. Printed in black near the hoist it uses a stylized U.S. flag as a background. The flag is different to the U.S. flag in that it only has 11 stripes and there are more white than red stripes.
